We rent vehicles to verified businesses only. We do not rent to private individuals, including through the chauffeur-driven option. Every enquiry must be made on behalf of a business by an authorised representative.

Business Responsibility

The business must be named as the renter and accept responsibility in the signed rental agreement for rental charges, fuel and running costs, damage or loss, insurance costs and excesses, uninsured amounts where agreed, and traffic or parking fines, tolls and other charges arising during the rental, subject to applicable law and the insurance policy.

Business details and the representative’s authority must be verified before approval. Any insurance arrangement, deposit and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before a vehicle is released. Sending this form is an enquiry; a rental is only confirmed after approval and a signed business rental agreement.
